This Data Processing Addendum applies where SRF Design AI processes personal data on a business customer’s behalf to provide contracted website and AI services. The customer is controller and FOREX ADVICE LTD is processor to the extent applicable.
Instructions and safeguards
We process covered data on documented instructions, apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures, assist with rights and incidents where reasonably required, and delete or return data at the end of service subject to lawful retention.
Subprocessors and transfers
We may use the active subprocessors listed publicly and remain responsible for appropriate contractual controls. Restricted international transfers use an applicable safeguard where required.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must have a lawful basis, give required notices, minimise sensitive data and configure their generated websites lawfully. A signed, service-specific DPA may be requested at info@srfd.io.
