Service and the five-minute statement
SRF Design AI provides AI-assisted website drafts, design, content, translation, responsive pages, previews, publishing and related support. “In as little as 5 minutes” refers to an initial draft or preview; completion depends on scope, content, revisions, integrations and hosting.
Accounts and user content
You must protect your login and provide accurate details. You retain rights in original material you submit and grant us the limited permission required to store, analyse, transform and display it to provide the service. You confirm you have permission to use uploaded text, images, logos, fonts and trademarks.
Orders, payment and refunds
Prices and scope are shown or agreed before purchase. Custom work may begin after payment and any required express request to begin. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
Intellectual property and third parties
The SRF platform, brand, interface, code and internal systems remain ours or our licensors’. Third-party fonts, APIs, libraries, hosting, payment and AI services may have separate terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
AI output must be reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee revenue, traffic, leads, conversions, advertising performance or search ranking. SEO features assist optimisation but cannot guarantee placement.
Availability, suspension and law
We aim for reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or unpaid use. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
