FOREX ADVICE LTD generally acts as controller for personal data collected through srfd.io, customer accounts, the website builder, AI design tools, dashboards, uploads, support, forms and social interactions.
Information we collect
We may process identity and contact details, account and security data, project requirements, prompts, revisions, uploaded logos and media, billing records, device and approximate-location data, usage logs, consent choices and marketing preferences.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to provide and secure the contracted service, verify accounts, build and retain project history, process requests, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve the product and send permitted communications. Legal bases may include contract, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligation and legal claims.
AI, providers and human review
Project content may be sent to active AI providers to understand instructions, analyse references and generate text, code, layouts or images. Authorised staff may review content for support, quality, safety or troubleshooting. Private project content is not used to train a proprietary public model unless we give clear notice and have a lawful basis.
Sharing, transfers and retention

Sign in with Google
When you choose to sign in to SRF Design AI using Google, we may receive certain basic account information from Google, including your name, email address, profile picture, unique Google account identifier, and email verification status. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or link your SRF Design AI account, maintain your account session, display basic profile information, provide access to your projects, and communicate with you about your account or services. SRF Design AI does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or other private Google services through this sign-in process. Your Google account identifier and related authentication information may be stored securely in our systems for account recognition and login purposes. We do not sell Google sign-in data or use it for unrelated advertising purposes. If you disconnect Google sign-in or delete your SRF Design AI account, associated Google authentication data will be removed or retained only where required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping obligations.
